Most items that we sell on the Cate & Levi website comes with a 30-day money back guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Cate & Levi purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund.
When you return your purchase to Cate & Levi within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).
The only exclusions to this return policy is that all items that are purchased at Wholesale Pricing. All sales on these items are Final and cannot be returned for a refund.
Please also note that all Freight and Shipping charges, for delivery and return, and related insurance charges, cannot be refunded or credited.
Here is the easy way to return your items(s):
Include your name, e-mail address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you, if necessary.
Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Cate & Levi packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
Mail your return, at your expense, via the courier of your choice (example: UPS, USPS, Canada Post, Fedex).
You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
